Our new facilities built in the  beginning of 2019 is where all of our fruits are carefully selected to be processed, dried and stored. 

Each fruit is carefully selected for its quality and ripeness in order to obtain an optimal product. Fruits are peeled and cut by hand.

Our products are sun dried or processed in gas combustion ovens at “low” temperature in order to ensure tastiness and nutrients preservation.
